Bob
As a proud and happy father of five grown children and four grandchildren, Bob has learned how to gratefully love, enjoy, nurture, and empower them to become the next generation of leaders around the world – which they are. He loves to travel, connect with others and build things with his hands.
As a passionate and effective former Pastor for over 20 years, as well as an accomplished Therapist and Executive Director for both for-profit and non-profit mental health clinics, he knows how to develop and lead programs that inspire transformation. As a public speaker to high schools and businesses as well as community and professional groups, he understands the power of speaking truth in creative ways. As a successful business owner and mentor, he continues to gain valuable insight into the deep needs of people and how to create thriving relationships that bring people true happiness.
Finally, as a man of deep faith who has experienced the death of a child, the pain and rejection of divorce, the soul-searching process of porn addiction and recovery, and the deep comfort of God, he has learned the importance of living a life of transparency, accountability and integrity. He is excited to share his passion for ministry and personal transformation with others who are ready to be transparent, authentic and find freedom. Bob is experiencing the truth of Matthew 6:33, ‘Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you’.
Madeleine
An avid reader and active mother of five grown children and one grandchild, Madeleine is also a successful business owner and professional leader in her community. She has lived an incredible story of how we can be transformed by God’s love and grace. She has actively taken steps in her personal and family life to overcome decades of severe abuse and addictions that almost ended her career and life.
She had a close relationship with God as a youth, then turned from Him and experienced the reality of living deeply in the world and the darkness and pain it offers. She also knows the joy of returning to Him and being restored. Because of these experiences, she has a unique heart of ministry for the hurting…those who are single moms, homeless, addicted, imprisoned, abused, neglected and hopeless.
She is able to meet people right where they are – no matter their past – with care and compassion, to find hope and create thriving relationships for a full and happy life. She believes ‘what the locusts took away has been restored’ (Joel 2:25), and that she has ‘a hope and a future from God’. (Jeremiah 29:11).

We believe that our mission as a married couple is to create thriving relationships with others and our faithful God to bring joy and encouragement to those we meet by hosting impactful events, as well as providing mentoring opportunities, teaching resources, and relationship workshops. Just like Boaz and Ruth, we can find happiness, blessing and purpose even during the darkest days of life (Ruth 3:1).
